These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Practical Clothing governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing orders, or interacting with our brand in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Practical Clothing.

2. Order Processing and Payment Terms
We accept payments exclusively through the following methods: Zelle, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other payment processors at this time. When you place an order through our website, you represent that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you via email or phone, issue a full refund (or void the transaction, where applicable to the payment method used), and provide the opportunity to repurchase the item at the correct price. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are generally delivered within 2 business days of purchase, and in no case later than 7 business days, barring extraordinary circumstances outside our control. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters or civil disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Practical Clothing is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, third-party courier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
All returns, refunds, replacements, and store credit requests are governed exclusively by our Refund and Return Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the terms, eligibility requirements, timelines, and exclusions set out in that policy, including but not limited to the 3-day reporting window, the exclusion of sizing issues from eligible claims, and the evidentiary requirements for defect or incorrect-item claims.
In the event of any conflict between this section and the Refund and Return Policy, the terms of the Refund and Return Policy shall govern.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content appearing on the Practical Clothing website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, product photography, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Practical Clothing or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
