We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and processed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the functionality of the product. Customers are encouraged to review our size guide and product descriptions thoroughly before completing their purchase.
In exceptional cases, we may offer replacements or store credit at our sole discretion. These exceptions apply only to items that arrive with significant manufacturing defects (such as broken seams, printing errors, or major fabric flaws) or if we have shipped an incorrect item (wrong design, color, or size). For replacement requests, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. The item in question must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and cards still attached. Once we receive and verify the claim, we will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered free of charge within 7-14 business days. If the original product is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the item's value, which can be applied toward future purchases. In some cases, we may require the return of the defective or incorrect item, with shipping costs covered by Practical Clothing.
Please note that certain situations do not qualify for replacements or store credit. These include but are not limited to: buyer's remorse, minor imperfections that do not impact the product's functionality or looks, and any damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
