Shipping costs for your order will vary between $1 and $10, depending on your delivery location and distance from our fulfillment center. This fee will be calculated and informed during contact with customer service, with phone numbers provided. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 7 to 14 days maximum for delivery. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, please understand that factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes, may occasionally extend delivery times.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we require customers to verify their identity when receiving packages. You must present either your order number, receipt, or payment confirmation image to claim your order. This security measure helps protect against fraudulent claims and ensures orders reach the right customers. Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email/text with tracking information when available. We recommend keeping this information handy to monitor your package's progress. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Please double-check that your address is accurate when placing your order. If you need to correct your address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to modify the delivery address. Should a delivery fail because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply to send your order again.

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Valencia, Venezuela. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future and will announce these options when available.
